Once again, due to a lack of wind, racing has been cancelled for this wee. We only have one week of “racing” left in the Summer Series. Hopefully we race next week!

Reminder: Annual Fleet Dues Were Due in May!
Just a final reminder that fleet members that haven’t paid their annual dues (that were due in May) will not be scored until they are members in good standing. Give Faith and Kathy a break and bring you check or cash to Brewsters THIS Tuesday night!

Spring Series Results 2016 Finalized
The Spring Series Portsmouth A & B Fleet results are posted on the Series Results page. This should incorporate all PAID members, and reflect HLP (Help) points for all sailors that supplied a committee boat, were the weekly Race Chairman, or worked on the committee boat. All HLP points must be approved by the Principle Race Officer (PRO). If you see any discrepancy, please notify the Statistician, Andy Lenczycki.
Unofficial Spring Series Results 2016 Posted
The currently posted results for the Spring 2016 Series racing are not yet official. Once verification of all paid members and help (HLP) points has been completed the ‘UNOFFICIAL’ will be removed from the text below each fleet result sheet, and a post will be made noting that the results are official.

A new website page has been added, titled Want Crew/Will Crew. This page is for listing individuals and their contact information for people needing a crew (Want Crew) and those wishing to get on someone’s boat to crew (Will Crew). Spring Series Week 3 Races Cancelled
Due to a complete lack of any visible signs of wind on the lake, racing for tonight (5/17) has been cancelled. We will be meeting at Brewsters to make offerings to the wind gods.
Spring Series 2016 Begins Tuesday, May 3!
The first scheduled racing for the Spring Series for 2016 is Tuesday, May 3rd. Starting sequence will begin at 6:30 PM.
We will be meeting for results afterwards at Brewster’s on Portage Road once again.
Don’t forget your membership fees are due NOW! You won’t be scored if you’re not a current member. You can pay ALCA Treasurer Faith Akert at Brewster’s Tuesday night.
